100k soon, what to look out for?

I'm about to hit 100,000 miles on my 2000 Maxima SE (auto) this week. Got the car with 75k, replaced: ignition coils (all 6), spark plugs at (80k), and MAF (at 95k). I have no record of what the previous owner did to the car so can't count on any tuneups etc. What should I look out for now? Should I get my transmission inspected? Fluids changed? Get any other parts replaced or inspected? Anything to keep my car running...

does it run fine now that you have completed the full tune up? OK then dont do anything and just enjoy the ride.

I am in your same position now with my 00 GLE. I just put 1/2 a bottle of Sea Foam in the crankshaft and am going to get an oil chage soon. You may want to do the same. Search Forums for what Sea Foam does, but I could almost swear that I was flying this morning. Also throw a bottle in the gas tank and the other half you can run through the intake manifold. Rotate, balance tires....

And give her a kiss and tell her you love her and not to poop out at 100K.

Whats up with seafoam? is it better than the avg fuel injector cleaner from autozones? I would suggest fuel filter, replace rotors, and a good cleaner wax job with the above mentioned

You shouldnt have to worry about much. For one your car is newer than mine. I have an 88 with 188k miles on it and she cranks up just as yours does. These cars are good cars, they last a long while. I spoke to a lady that had a 3rd gen with over 300k miles!! And her and her husband are still driving that too.
