More problems seem to be coming from Umnitza...

Cubanato bought the Xtec kit from them and got it but not with Xtec Bulbs.

(don't mind the background)

Cubanato received the kit but with different bulbs. (after installing we found out his were yellow.)

I got he kit with the correct bulbs 6000K purple/white.

I don't trust UMNITZA anymore because they sent me wrong things before and still had excuses.

MaximaPolak, just wondering but did your bulbs say xtec anywhere on them or have any numbers on them. I have been wondering about my bulbs since they look nothing like yours. Mine have more blue in them with very little purple.

I'm not sure if they said Xtec anywhere on the bulb...I never thought of looking.

and the first ones i got were the left ones (the ones that dont say xtec on box) and they matched my 6000k fogs perfectly..

but i broke one and matt sent me the right one (that say xtec on box) and they look more like 4000k then 6000k...

still trying to work things out though

This may be a dumb question but=

If you guys upgraded to HIDs in your foglights ,did u use the factory lights ?
Or did u switch them to a different housing ?

can't use both factory lights and HIDs.

You use your stock foglight housing if that's what you ment.

What is there not to trust?

We talked it over with "cubanato" - the fact that the bulb holder was different, doesn't mean the bulbs were and doesn't mean that they aren't Xtec.

Xtec has had some problems getting the colors right lately because while you guys love the purple, most others have told us that the Xtec 6000K was too purple.

We asked them to make their 6000K on the bluer side of their tolerance levels.

We apologize for the issues this has caused. We will endeavour to make it right.

And the Xtec from umnitza is for the ones that have HID already, not a plug and play for halogen!

Just an FYI - we were understaffed throughout MOST of December and January.
In those two months we shipped over 2000 packages.

So, yes, we DO apologize, but we ARE making amends, we've hired more staff.

Well then I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions.

I did pay for 3 day shipping on the DDEs though and I had to wait almost over a week total for the replacements

Last company that i've dealt with was tires.com. I bought tires from them and they messed up my order, sent 1 tire completely different then the rest of them. Anyway, after telling them they've messed up. They didn't apologize, they rather gave an extra 15% discount. On top of that sent the right tire and told me to keep the wrong tire because it would be a hassle to ship it back to them.
Maybe you guys should hook the ORGers up like that

the ballast and ignitor integrated?
