Front End crash rating on a 2000?

Got in a accident the other day (weather related) Van slide out of control in front and basically my car slide right in to the side of it. My car has scratches on the bumper, headlights need to be re-aligned and a ding on my hood. The van on the other hand crumpled and is a write off. My air bag did not deploy. Even the cop was in shock...The lady I hit, her husband was saying "DAMN, I need that as my next car (meaning the max)". Is our front end that strong? How did the 2000 do in the front end crash test?
