Repeat problem with delayed shifting

TSB 00039a describes issues with year 2000 Max. delayed shifting 1 - 2 and 2 - 3.

I had this problem a year ago (car had about 95,000 mi then). After multiple trips to the dealer service, they changed solenoids (per the TSB). Shifting was smooth and precise after the work.

A few weeks ago I had the transmission flushed and refilled. As soon as I picked up the car, the shifting problem was back, exactly as before.

Dealer now claims transmission is breaking down internally, and must be replaced. Nissan/nor dealer will cover any parts or labor costs (car now has 110,000 mi)

Anyone else have any similar problems (repeat) with this issue (TSB 00039a)?

If so, how did you resollve it?
