Any information on how G35 gets 298 HP

This has probably been discussed already but I don't see it. Any information on how the G35 is claiming 298 HP for the MT? I'm hopeful that some replacement parts might make some difference. Thanks and sorry if this has already been discussed.

My guess would be it has just been tuned more. Kinda like how the LS1 in the corvette made more HP than the LS1 in the camaro/firebird.

Actually I think the f-bodies dynoed the same. The corvette was just 200+ pounds lighter. The base firebird forumla was tested at less than two tenths slower than the LS1 corvette in the 1/4 mile.
