Steering problem

Ok, this is kind of hard to explain but here goes:
My car was fine until the blizzard a couple of weeks ago. After I dug the car out a couple of days later, the steering seems to be loose. The car tends to pull from one side to another. It doesn't always pull to one side, pulls to both sides (also happens on smooth surfaces). I know for a fact that my brakes are warped but this happens ALL the time, not only under braking. Can someone help me out here.

You could have a loose tie rod end. Try moving each wheel by hand and see if you feel any play.

Is that normal for a 2yr old car to do that? I had a feeling that it would be the tie rods because my parents van is doing the same thing. I'll go check moving the wheel later today and see what happens.
