Clutch Pedal Sticking

Alright, rewind back a month ago one day i was driving to work and pressed the clutch pedal to the floor heard a wierd squeek and the pedal stumbled a bit coming back up. Now fast forward to last weekend i finally got around to installing my STS i bought back in the group buy near x-mas, and since then my clutch pedal has been completely sticking to the floor for a second between shifts. I took it off and still had the same problem so I am pretty much sure that didnt do it, but maybe i just started really noticing it then. Has anyone else had this problem? I would hate to think for an '02 the slave cylinder is shot or something. I think it may just be air in the line as now my clutch MC is now a bit over the full line. I have never added any fluid. I am too used to cable clutches and not sed to having problems with hydrolic ones.

my guess is that your throw out bearing may be defected. those cause the pedal to stick. does the pedal feel light and soft? if so, than that can be the pressure plate.
