HIgh idle code is caused by a bad throttle body, they cost like 1100 bux list price new. 02-up have the "wonderfull" drive by wire that CAN cause alot of problems in the future with drivability, Audi comes to mind when their throttles go bad after 3-4 years of usage. I would make the dealer eat the throttle body if they cleaned the throttle with a tooth brush and bent the butterfly while trying to keep it open- which is probably what happened. I think Maxima Polak did the same thing one time and ended up getting a new throttle body for his car under warranty.

What do you mean "i had to change my throttle body which i did"? Did you replace it yourself?
Even if the dealer did the repair, try the IAVL procedure in the sticky above. It has helped a few that had this happen after a TB fluckup.
I've read WAAAAAY too many TB cleaning horror stories lately, especially you 2K2+ drive-by-wire guys. That servo motor must be a touchy SOB. One guy even had to replace his ECU after a botched TB cleaning.
Leave well enough alone, I say.
