CAI or Ram-Air

What offers the best gains of horspower? CAI? Ram-Air? I am kinda torn between the two. Any help would be awesome.

It's a made up General Motors marketing term, right? It's usually only Trans Ams and Grand Prix that I see with RAM AIR hoods...
