yep, i friggin hit someone today, im SUCHHH an idiot.
i saw them slowing down, i slowed down, then i see his car slam the brakes, so i did it too, and then my abs kicks in and i try to swerve a lil bit to not hit him, but it still does, the the pasasnger side
god, im not sure if many of u know how it feels to see your car messed up..
cause i, like lots on this board, BABIED my car. i loved it, i hated to see scartches on it, i would wash it all the time, and now this...
anyway, im pretty much speechless, i dont know what to do or say right now so heres pics:
heres pics the day before that i took:
and this is what happend about 2 days before, someone apparently brushed up againest my car and broke my sidemarker...which pissed me off, but of course it doesnt **** me off as much as the next pics
and now looking at my car just makes me wanna throw up..
this is what i have to get( i think, havent even looked under the hood)
-new hood
-new fender
-new bumper
-new passneger side 2k2 headlight and angel eyes (all are broken, ballast and bulbs are fine)
-new grill
i could also smell radiator fluid, but when i drove it back to my apartment, my car was fine, so i think i need just the resevror..
i didnt get a pick of the guys car, but obviosuly he has an SUV, and obviosly when i slammed my brakes, my cars nose went down and produced what u see here..
blah, guees i gotta see what insurance is going to do, i guees payin 1600 for 6 months for full coverage is going to kick in now

this is just sad man, it sucks. at least you're ok. such a nice clean looking car in the first pics, didnt even notice the bumper scuff until the close up pic.

Aw man this brings back bad memorys. Month after I got my car, a guy went through a red light and smashed the whole front off completely. Atleast your alright, thats all that matters
because I do not like seeing that type of damage. Sorry about that accident, glad to hear you are ok though.

Well, I use to work in a body shop many years ago and I know you have probably heard this before but it could be much worst. A new core support, some body panels and a few months and you will totally forget about it. If it makes you feel any better mines in the shop right now getting a new rear bumper cover from an idiot who can't park a car in a garage I park in. IT STILL HAS THE TEMP TAGS ON IT!

eh, dont worry about it, it was pretty gay anyway... It was during a meet. I didnt want the picture of a 4runner parked in the background, and you thought I said I didnt want any foreigners in the picture... (You were like "oh, i guess I cant be in the picture.. Im a foreigner" and then everyone looked at you like you were retarded.) That was pretty damn funny though.

It was funny because he seriously thought I didnt want a picture of foreigners... I think the funnierst part of the whole situation was the 6 seconds of dead silence among 10 people just looking at him like wtf? I guess me growing up in TN with a southern accent made it sound like foreigner.. lol.

Back to the Max...are you going to get a replacement HID, CF hood, fender and body kit? Hey...live it up cuz I know your insurance is paying for it. That's too bad about the car. You know you shouldn't ride bumpers of people who are terrible drivers. Did a deer jump out on the road or something? Keep us posted.

yeah im gonna get a replacement 2k2 housing, and probably a CF hood and fender
no body kit though, dont like them..

Since the frame looks OK....new sheet metal can bring it back to life as good as new.
I just had $7,700 of repairs done on my Expedition....mostly all new sheet metal in the rear. NO frame damage.
Looks as good as new!
