Ringing Noise - Any clues?

Ringing Noise - Any clues?
I have a real high pitched ringing sound everytime I hit a bump. Almost sounds like someone dropping a pin or a dime. Any clues?

I've got a 2002 Maxima 6-Speed with 19K miles

I also hava a high pitch sound I think from the driver side rear area of the wheel when hit bumps can't figure out what is it.
