Where's the maf located?

Where's the maf located?
I have owned my 01 max for a couple of months. It has 70,000 miles and I want to replace the maf. Is is located near the air filter? I have the instructions on how to replace it. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Don't replace it unles it's bad. If you want to blow money on something completely pointless, buy an InJen intake for the same $ and waste it on something that at least looks good. The MAF is a spool piece with an electrical plug between the air filter box and the intake manifold.
