they look great in person, and the car feels very powerful, i was suprised myself when we went on a ride, only thing that sucks is that o2 sensor which interferes with the ac line
maybe i will order some soon....

3.5L is physically the same as a 3.0L, only thing is SOME 3.0Ls have EGR, and HS headers do not have provissions for the EGR piping. Right now I'm waiting for my 3.5L compressor bracket, if this works then all of us Cali spec Maximas can use 3.5L headers without any modifications. Maximum Performance we need to do a roll on vs your 6spd

Can't wait till spring to put my cattman headers on. Place is going to charge $250 to put on. Hey Blackbird would you say your instruction would help with install of the cattman headers. I am trying to gather info on installs to help. Spring is almost two months away and got lots of projects to do.

I had a lil family thing in Munster Indiana today- bout 120 mile round trip drive for me, I took my mom and my GF in the Max. Mom in the back seat and man did she complain bout the noise, especially coming out of the toll booths/Ipass in 2nd gear going to WOT at 4500RPM to redline. JICs are punishing older folks on the highway, and the noise in the back seat is pretty bad- according to few people who rode there. On a side note 80MPH constant speed, I seem to get 150 miles on the 1st 1/4 of the tank, which is a 1st ! Have you noticed where my 02 sensors are on the 3rd video where I show off my brand spanking new tranny ? Don't relocate- O2 simulate

Wow, I have the sound clips saved from your before HS headers. Before you could only hear the Intake at high revs, now you can hear the exhaust with it. Sounds great!

Thanx alot for the coments Loe, I will update you with some clips after the cams go in I'm hunting the 3.5L WHP level :P

MyownNismo- my install notes are going to work with Cattman headers also, but you will need to cap off the EGR fitting if you are cali spec, or if you are not- then good luck getting the EGR pipe to screw into the rear header. Every Nissan I installed headers on ,the EGR pipe is a pita to install- clean the threads on the EGR pipe fitting with a wire brush and spray some PB blaster on it so it goes in eassier.

Thats Greddy for ya, I'm gonna see what it sounds like with Greddy Bpipe and stock muffler. I need to put some tips on the muffler to make it look a little bit better- muffler came off a crashed car, and the chrome tips are little bent up.

If Greddy made a SP in stainless for a 5th gen I would be all over it, EVOs are trashy sounding exhausts. I'm gonna do Cattman full exhaust on it and then I will finally put on the subframe connectors on. Camera doesn't wanna capture the deep sounds the car makes at low RPMs, at high RPMs it screams, till 3K RPMs it sounds just like a 350Z- as few people who rode in my car can attest to. Regardless, Greddy sounds like ****- I agree
