Driving on repaired tire...

is it perfectly safe to drive on a repaired tire? I ran over a huge screw and had it repaired at a body shop, can i drive it like i always did or do I have to be careful???

I wouldn't worry. The probably removed the tire and placed a patch on it and rebalanced it. Some will use plugs where they don't have to remove the tire. I myself repair my flats all the times with those do it yourself kits at the auto store. I've had them in tires for years and many miles with no problems. The only thing I didn't do that I should probably do is get the tire rebalanced.

as long as you're not driving at 120 mph all over the place, you'll be fine.
