Rear Seat Belts LOCKED UP!!!

Please help. I followed the directions found here http://www.innerbean.com/housecor/bose_deck_fix.html to fix the seatbelt rattle and now my belts are locked up!!!!

What did you put inside of the plastic hosing and how tight is it in there..... check that out and that could be your problem...

As soon as I unbolted them from the rear deck, they coiled up and wont release...
