VIAS help, please

It seems i stripped the screw thats about 7o'clock. The others where quite easy with a vise grip. This gold metal rod is in the way and i cant clear to unscrew. I tried an impact but had no luck, what am i doing wrong?

Its a wrap, i cant get the VIAS off. Anyone can explain the visual check of VIAS working w/o taking it off? When I punch 5k rpm my throttle wire to the left doesnt move while the right works fine. I have strong acceleration thru whole band in all gears, but have 80k miles.

Go to Home Depot. There's a nail looking pin called "Screw Remover". It has a spiral tip. There's also a "t" looking screw driver that spins the "screw remover". They are $3 and $5 respectively.

1. get a small drill bit and a drill to drill a small hole in the center of the stripped screw
2. then with a hole 1/4" inch deep, you jam the screw remover into the hole
3. turn counter clockwise with good torque and slow speed

it should come out

i did the same thing.
