Eibach Prokit! or Tokico Illumina users!! enter!
installing my own eibach and illuminas. Front struts/springs are pretty straightforward... but the rear setup... a couple things worry me.
1. HOw in the world do i get the spring isolator(rubber sleeve) from the middle to the bottom of the eibachs?? i wd40'd it... there seems to be lubricant already in there... but can't get it to budge.
or am i a complete idiot, and it's already where it should be. can i leave it there? and take the isolator off of my oem spring and place it on the eibach??
2. why are there two nuts that come with the rear illuminas. it seems like i only need one. it can't be an extra, because they are slightly different sizes.

1) Do not move that isolator that comes with the Eibachs. They are there to reduce noise when the springs are compressed, with coils sitting on one another. Remove stock rubber pieces on the stock springs and install them onto the Eibachs.
2) The extra nut (smaller piece) is to make sure that the nut does not come loose because it is not self-locking like the original nut.
Hope that helps.
