firstly, after waxing, youre left with the damn milkyway galaxy on your hood.. little white dots filling in the chips. I have to get out a toothbrush for the HOOD OF MY CAR!!!! I was prepared for that though. This is my 24th month with the max, and I have less damage than a friend thats only had his for 2 months. I really do not follow any cars close and never have... Anyway that wasnt the real tear jerker.. a bummer, but I expected it.

No, this time it is clear coat peeling off!!! I'll get a pic in the morning. It sucks!!!! Right infront of the rear wheel, right above the clear plastic paint protector, the clear coat is flaking off. Its about 4 inches by 2 inches. a rather large spot. I was in shock! what next *sniff*

I guess what really ****ed me off is now I have to decide which idiotic dealer to mess with. they both have managed to damage more than they fix on the most minor of repairs. That is the real problem.

I will also post some pics of the under the clear scratches I have (since new).

Man, I'm depressed again..

Tim I feel you.
At least you don't have rust growing in the spots where some of the deep chips are.
Loren00miata told me to take it in have nissan repaint my hood and some parts of my door where you can see these tiny little brown spots.
Also the interior where the window controls are peeling as well. He suggested that I have nissan replace these parts as well. At least this time I won't be stuck driving a rental
