Recommended rotors and pads

I need to replace the front brakes on the Max. I need to know if I should replace the rotors only with aftermarket, pads only with aftermarket, or both the rotors and pads with aftermarket.

The 2k and 2k1 Maxima had a rotor warping problem. My 2k2 appears to have a material transfer problem. It looks as though the pad has gotten hot and greasy and part of it has stuck to the rotor surface. I do not autocross or even drag the car so this is not due to extreme usage. I don't know whether this is a pad problem or a hot rotor problem.

I am considering frozenrotors.com or brembo blanks (or slotted). For pads, I am looking at Hawk HPs pads or Axxis Metal Masters.

Brembo blanks are good rotors. For pads, your sugestions are good and they stop well, however they make a lot of noise (squeel). I'd recommend stock pads, or Raybestos Quient stop ceramic.

I have a set of stock pads NIB. The problem is that stock pad have smeared material across the rotor. Now is this a problem with the rotor retaining heat or the pad material?
