creakiing noise

does anyone know what could be the cause of a creaking noise i hear in my rear passenger side. i can hear it clearly going over bumps and slightly during normal road conditions. sounds kinda like an old mattress you find at a cheap motel.

You are going to have to be a little more discriptive

From my experience, the Maxima has many creaking noises, especially in the cold weather. The noises only get worse when you go over bumps and stuff. It usually comes from the door, or the dashboard. It drove me crazy for a while. My advise is to turn up the radio

Does anyone know where the one from the door comes from? Has anyone fixed it?

it sounds crazy but i swear it sounds like somethings loose back there. i really don't know how else to describe it except its a real bad creaking/squeaking sound that can be heard from the outside as well as in the car. the does seem to happen only when i hit a bump though.
