well when i am driveing the car for like 10 min(hot), tranny sort of makes whinning or light rattling noise when getting up in speed, doesnt feel at all if its slipping (rpms are good) thought?????

some sort of whining with overdrive in 4th gear, when turn off overdrive noise goes away in high speed (over 50mph)....

 

take it back.... and tell the dealer that the transamission is silipping and you don't want it.....you should have 30days - 1,000 miles warranty on the car.....

 

Well its not slipping, i advise dealer of problem, he said go to mechanic have them check it out, he will pay to fix it....

 

Make sure you get that in writing from the dealer before you take it to your mechanic and have whatever is wrong with it fixed.

 

joeynym, how many miles on your 00 se? Did you purchase the car used? with extended service warranty?

 

used, 95000, one of the heater hoses or blowers that is raddleing, mechanic said no problem...
dealer said he will fix problem with check eng lite, it was p1320 (ign coils, going to change them all)
