This is why we needed stiffer drunk driving charges. Caught once no icense for 5 years, second time loss of license for life. Personally I think we should be even more harsh but it will never happen. A good friend of mine had his brother die in his arms after they were hit by a drunk driver.

I sure wish I was a judge. I get so sick and tired of hearing someone who just got thier 3rd or 4th dui. What in the world, I think its time we did something a little different then take their license for a year and fine them.
