Speeding ticket in upstate NY, what i gotta do? help plz....
ok, i'm not complaining nor whinning.
i got a ticket for going 84 miles on a 55 mile zone in Westchester NY.
i'm pleading guilty since i am guilty.
now the darn ticket does not show how much nor even where i gotta send payment, not even a phone number.
WTF?
i wanna pay this ASAP.
Anyone know how much i gotta pay?
the ny state DMv office number is always busy, can't even get thru.
God this sux, i wanna pay the ticket, but i can't even do that!
Aren't tickets supposed to come with a mailing address or a phone number at least?

get a lawyer-DON'T just pay the ticket unless you want your insurance company bending you over for the next few years. Paying your lawyer now saves you LOTS later.
You could also try dealing directly with the prosecutor. I had a ticket and asked to speak with the prosecutor and had my citation switched to parking illegally ( a non-moving violation). I still had to pay the $60 for the ticket, but I didn't have to pay a lawyer AND my insurance didn't go up). All the state/city/county wants is their money. They don't make any more if you get raped by your insurance.

i know in some places you cant prepay the ticket (at least by mail). you have to go to to the courthouse and pay the clerk.
