ECU Upgrade for 2K

I found this very interesting...

They are claiming 30 HP in the mid range as far as power increases go, and the cost is projected to be about $450! A lot less that JWT, huh? It says they are working the details out with the 2000, but it looks extremely promising!

cheston and nabil are organizing and all this. ive communicated with them through the yahoo boards before and theyre knowledgable and trustworthy. if they do have it for the 2k, i wouldnt be hesitant to get it. the ones theyve been testing are for the 4th gens tho.

Spoke to JWT....
and they told me that the 5th gen ECU's cant be reprogrammed....
I was inquiring about the "turbo system" which is mentioned in their website & they said that only refers to them reprograming the ECU for turbo applications....DAMN!
The DID say they've done a custom turbo kit on a 00' Maxima but they had to convert the ECU back to a 95 ECU to be able to reprogram it!
QUESTION:
Has anyone ever done this? Convert your 5th gen Maxima back to 4th gen ECU? If so, whats involved? Is it just a simple matter of finding a 4th gen ECU & wiring harness & plugging it in? or are there significant changes in the locations of certain sensors, neccessary to extend wires, etc??
