Nobody Knows Whats Wrong?!?!

I wend to STS a week ago to get a bad tire changes, when i left I heard a thumping noise from the center/left side of the car when i turn to the left and accelerate, also vibration at high speeds on the turnpike. I went back and they didn't see anything wrong and told to see if it still happens in a week. I then took my car to firestone the following week, they heard the noise but couldn't figure out what it was. Now I am very picky person and can't go on keep hearing this noise, should i make an appointment with a nissan dealer and get it looked at there? I know earlier a couple of you said it was a CV joint but they didn't see anything wrong. I am just throwing this out there but think it can be something with the tranny? thanks for any help you can give me.

Thanks for responding but i don't think so, they would have noticed that. Even firetsone didn't see anything wrong and i specified that it might be a cv joint when i went a week later. Prob going to have to make an appointment at a nissan dealer and have them rape me with the cost having it looked at and whatever it is fixed, if they even find the prob.

you have to jack up the car, spin the wheels and turn steering wheel left and right. some shops will mess up things that even they can't figure out.
