I have PIAA Super Plasma GTX 5000k in my heads and TIDO Plasma 5000k in my fogs. Both have identical output and look fantastic. The PIAAs are expensive, the TIDOs aren't. If you're on a budget, go for TIDOs. Check out eBay, you should be able to find a pair of H4 bulbs there. Remember, stock wattage is 55W>110 for our headlights.

PIAA super plasma gt

Hey Sixx, I bought PIAA Super plasma GT H3's. $60 for the pair, imported from Japan. They are 55W, with a obvious purple hue...Not as bright from a distance as the HID's. but prettier up close. I was VERY impressed. I bought silverstars first for the same price and they looked just the same as OEM, I was very pissed and took them back. These PIAA's are heads and shoulders above anything I know of. There is also a new bulb out called the PIAA plasma spark, which is less purple but supposedly brighter. Take a look below at how they look between the OEM Osram 4100k HID's.

im debating what bulbs to replace my stock ones witha as are you. ive got a 2k and i wanna get the brightest buls i can possibly get for a very reasonable price. Eventually i plan to replace the whole headlight with 2k2 or 2k3 headlights so i can have hids and DDES. Gotta love angel eyes!!

That's it. But they are actually called Tido. Look at the packaging and you'll see a filled in O. Some call it Tid, some call them Tido.
