No better way to clean your throttle body!!

I sprayed the hell out of it yesterday with a 75 Shot ZEX Wet Kit, and Daym seems to be the proper word. I'm sure this will get moved to the Nitrous Section, but wanted to share here.

3 Major things I've noticed after spraying the whole day.....

1 - My gas mileage believe it or not, has dramatically improved At the first quarter of a tank, I was unable to get over 85 miles. Yesterday I got 125 miles and the needle was right above the quarter mark still. At half a tank, I couldn't get past 180 miles. Today it's right above the half way mark, and I'm at 215 miles. Don't ask me how, but I thought spraying would have wasted more gas. My results don't show that. Suhwheeet!

2 - My car feels extremely healthy after spraying for the first time. I'm not talking about during spray, I'm referring to just regular driving. She's stronger now NA than ever before.

3 - It's fockin' fun as sheit! I've never modded any car to make it this fast, and Nitrous + 3.5L is just plain nasty! This engine just loves this stuff.

Take in account that I just changed my oil, and used full synthetic Valvoline the weekend before, but have filled up the gas tank twice prior to the spray and didn't receive these same results. Replaced the resonator box connected to the accordian piece with a metal mid pipe, and hacked the top of my airbox, all during install. But that's just opening up the airbox a little, and I don't think it would have made this much of a difference. I'll post pics of my setup tonight, but just wanted to give my experiences with my new setup, and say how pleased I am with it.

BTW, sprayed out of the hole, and had slim to none issues with traction. In first, she spun with traction (if that makes any sense) to the top of 1st, but shifted to 2nd, and she grabbed like hell and was planted to the ground through 4th.

Shoutouts go to Blubyu2k2, Sloppymax, and SR20DEN for coming over during my install and helping me along the way. :

i really freakin' hate it when people do this. i'm glad your car feels stronger, but if you want to test the viability of a mod, you have to do one mod at a time. it could be the gab giving you the power.

Ya, sorry bout that. I didn't want to do it this way, but I had to use the midpipe for the nozzle, but my airbox was already ported in the front. Blu and sloppy just hacked the top of the filter holder for me. I was too impatient to get the system in for me to go through all the hassle. I've never dyno'd my car, and I only have a Cattman catback. I'll dyno soon before headers and post results with and without spray, and I'll put the piece back in that I took off and replaced with the midpipe.

I figured the m/p was for the nozzle, but it sorta does some wirhd stuff with the curve of the dyno. It will be nice to see the results of the headers before and after.
