passenger seat rattles! wtf?

where would i secure a rattle in the passenger seat? it rattles when i go slowly over bumpy roads, and i can knock the seat, and it'll rattle for at least a second.

i guess i have fat friends...

My rear driverside door panel creaks when I go over the slightest bump! It drives me absolutely f-in nuts! (Emphasis --> !!). I need to pop the door panel open and see what's up.

At least I think that's where mine's coming from. It's near the door. I need a friend who can drive a stick so I can crawl around over there on a rough road. I'll check the seatbelt bolts.

this is gonna sound stupid, but are you sure its not the seatbelt rattling against the b pillar? i was hearing a rattling and thought it was the seat or the door, so i hit the seat and heard it again, just slightly less, and it ended up being how the sealt belt buckle from the shoulder belt was resting against the b pillar. i just repositioned it and lowered it, and that cleared it up.

In my case it was the seat's headrest bracket inside the seat. If it doesn't happen with someone in the seat, it's the seat.

yeah i need to do the same thing. just that it happens intermitently and i can't always reproduce it. i have way too many rattles besides that one too. oh and how do you always have the coolest sig pics?

i think it's a combination of that and the seat belt buckle rattling against the little plastic circle thing that keeps it from going all the way down the belt. that and ever since i have had my driver seat belt replace there's a subtle buzzing sound coming from it. sounds like a piece of metal that keeps vibrating. drives me insane when it happens because the ish is right next to my ear!

anyone know how to take the B pillar apart?
