Cleaning fuel injectors

Is it possible to clean the fuel injector screens without too much pain in the ****? any posts / instructions?

Step one: go to local vehicle supply store
Step two: find anything that says "fuel injector cleaner" or "fuel system cleaner"
Step three: Buy one of them
Step four: add the contents into your next gas fill up

make sure u put it in before u put the gas in
