i would just stick with the 02/03 headlights and clear them get some dde's and black them out yourself that looks much better than the ebay projectors imo

ok think of it this way, would u take a g35 coupe or a 4th gen maxima, thats like the same question ur asking, ur 2k2 hids r 1400$ and the proojectors r 200$ make a smart choice, spend sum time and do the dde's, if u really want them done right i go down to boca alot and if u pay me ill do them for u

not a big fan of the dde's, but i agree with skier and nismo...just clear/black out the headlights you have.

the eBay projectors are a nice base to upgrade upon, for a few bucks some brighter leds in the halos and clear lenses put in park/turn lights improve the looks substantially: and once some $$ and effort is put towards a halfway decent projector retro w/ HID they walk all over the 02-03 reflectors output. So for a similar amount of money spent you can either get looks or performance

Obviously, out of the box OEM 02-03 has the advantage: there's no arguing they own the crappy output of H3 projectors and looks wise the large reflectors have a classy look to them. For the price, eBay projectors aren't a bad alternative to the 00-01 headlights, for those who don't have $600 to drop on a set of 02 lights.....but looks are subjective and a matter of personal taste, so there is point in arguing what lights looks best.
