Ok guys, just so I'm not totally venting on the situation and get my post moved, I'm gonna ask for the best place to get a front bumper, rear bumper, 02 right tailight, and clutch, single fog (dealers here are NOT an option, maybe in Nashville somewhere if anyone knows). . . . .

Anyway, after my finals ended today, I come to my car, and it's been rear ended and I have a broken tailight. Makes you just wanna curse like a sailor. . . Not to mention, I already need a new front bumper, clutch, and driver side fog light.

I feel like I have the worst conditioned max in the whole friggin US. God help me, just felt like venting and finding a good place to find some parts since the stealership here is horrible.

Again, sorry if I **** anyone off for posting this, just feeling a little angry.

 

which fog light do you need? I have one for the driver's side that would fit a 02-03 Max, new in box. Let me know.

lol, no, not quite. It's called a stuggling college kid without much cash to fix his ride when something happens. got 60K on mileage, but my sister and mom drove it for about two months without the know how to drive a stick, so i got much wear and tear on my clutch

you should be able to get that covered by insurance. either unisured motorist coverage if it was a hit and run, or comprehensive if it was major in a parking lot. you will need a police report either way though.

 

Yes, the damage to the rear of the car was hit and run. I had a fender bender not to long back that damaged the front bumper and the driver side fog. The guy didn't make me file it on insurance or get an accident report, so I just paid it out of pocket for a plastic fender that went on the trailer that got hit. I just know if I file this under insurance, it's gonna go up, and that is not a good thing for me right now.

 

It's ok man... I know how you feel... I live in a pretty crappy neighborhood since I went to school here in Philly and I've been getting knicks and knacks and stuff from people doing bumper checks and stuff right here in my neighborhood and at school... it kinda sux but I'm fortunate things like rear-end hasn't happened to me yet... good luck..
