This a$$hole in a Ford Explorer was driving behind me last night. I came to a light where the right lane was right turn only and my lane was the one that went straight only. He had tried to get in front of me, unsuccessfully before we hit the red light. I wasn't actually racing the guy, he just hadn't made it. My lady was in the car and I wasn't about to race the guy but, in my heart, I knew the guy was going to gun it at the light (even though he was in a right turn only lane) and try to pass me. I just made a decision to prevent that. Didn't even have to gun it...just kept him safely behind me through the light and the short distance where there was enough space for him to pass. So....what does the jerk to but floor it past me by driving on the wrong side of the road. Its like he thought he would recover the embarrassment he had just experienced by driving by me a few moments later.

I remember the good ol' days where this guys tail would have been between his legs and he would have stayed safely behind me for several minutes before even thinking about passing me. Where's the respect?

 

Yeah, its like i have nothing to prove by flooring it. I like going fast and showing what my car can do, but i fianlly realized that it is always not worth it.It really is so easy to prvent accidents. good call michael.
Anyway, i hate dislike Civic Drivers alot, they swear because their car is louder = faster? is this a new natural law?

Man, I hear you about idiot drivers like that. Two weeks ago, I was waiting at a stop light waiting to turn right into 50mph oncoming traffic. It was pretty busy so I had to wait. This idiot in a POS ford escort comes up behind me, and starts honking his horn. I look back and throw up my hands at the guy. He then pulls around me into the other lane, curses me out, and guns it into traffic almost causing a wreck. Traffic cleared up a few seconds later and I gunned it. I got right up next to this guy and he starts cursing at me again. I decided I didn't want to deal with this *****, so I just blew past him. I was ticked the whole way home

 

some guy tried something like that with me in a CRX... boyyyyyyy was that funny. kept revvin up and cuttin in front of me, then cuttin over to my drivers side and flickin me off.. i just gave him a clown grin and he got ticked and kept cuttin me off... finally i got mad, and i tore his car apart.
