Custom Exhaust bending

Hey guys. Im planning on going to Midas and Mieneke and checking out how much it would cost me to have them bend 2.5 inch piping from the cat back. I wanted to see if anybody has any ideas on about how much that would cost? and what they think about the idea. Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

Most places you'll get idiots that will give you poorly crush bent pipe that flows worse than factory. If they make a pre-bent pipe for your car - warpspeed, or others, it would likely be worth the money.

i got my custom made b pipe from meineke. 50 bucks for parts and labor, they made me a 2.25 non resonated pipe. it was crush bent but have you seen the stock b pipe? there are 2 major crimps that were removed and that my goal. i ended up putting a resonator back in after my headers. no lost power and with the headers, oe cat, resonated 2.25 b pipe-it sounds mighty nice to me.

"Everything from the cat back" is the b-pipe and the rear section pipe attached to the muffler. The stock muffler actually flows pretty well, so you could keep it on your car in order to avoid the ricey tone of some cheap aftermarket mufflers. The stock b-pipe is pretty bad, though. It has several crimps in it that restrict exhaust flow. Replacing the stock b-pipe with mandrel bent aftermarket pipe should help out with that. Check your private messages.

all depends on the shop. There are places that will do an awesome job. Check around your local area but get a resonated b-pipe. It should cost less than $200

If you're keeping the stock muffler it should cost under $100. Most places I have called said between $55 and $75, including flanges.

in my opinion, and this coming from someone who just got rid of their midas exhaust. You would be better off goin with a full catman or frankencar cat back. I have headers and stuff and so I opted for the frankencar to keep the noise down. I love it. I cut my custom midas piping right off cause it was supposed to be 2 1/4 but once crushed looked like 2 inch piping. I just think you should spend a little more and get something that is going to be pre made for you car. Just my 2 cents!

NismoMaxm, the b pipe and resonator that I PMed you about is the WSP (Warpspeed) pipe. Like I said in the PM, I don't want to make a profit off of it or anything. I just want to get it out of my garage at this point. My Maxima got rear ended, so I don't have the money right now to get any exhaust work done.

$25 + shipping. I know it bolts up to the 02-03 rear section. I believe that the 00-01 rear section is identical.
