ECU and Reverse Wire

I have a 2000 Max, wondering if the reverse wire for the lights can be tapped into from The ECU.

Thanks in Advance.

No, but you can tap the Green/White wire at the park/neutral switch.

Thats the one for the reverse wire light??

I am installing a navi and need to tap into the speed sensor and the reverse light wire. It can work without it, but wanted to complete the job

Yes, the circuit is completed whenever you switch into reverse.
