wheel spacers/exhaust installed

Just installed my H&R wheel spacers and Cattman rear section today. The wheel spacers make a HUGE difference. The whole rear end of the car seems bulkier and more aggressive. With 20 mm spacers, the wheels are pushed right up to the fender and perfectly line up with the front wheels. Looks 100x better than stock...They're priced a little high but I think theyre well worth it...The spacers came with longer studs and installation was simple.

Now for the rear section, WOW. It looks and sounds great. I have no idea why people complain that the Cattman muffler is too loud because the sound is just perfect. You can barely hear it at idle, but touch on the gas you hear a slight rumble. You hear it most at WOT but even then its subdued...also, no drone at all. Well worth the money.

I'd post pics, but I think only donating members can post them? Not sure about that, but if I can, they'll be up in the picture thread.

You can post pics if they're hosted somewhere.... just enter:

Btw, based on the new forum rule, you'd probably have to post em in this thread:

with the spacers, are these with the stock rims? also did you have to install longer wheel studs to compensate for the spacers?

you do need spacers if your dropped. i hate the tucked in look, makes the car look weired. i want them spacers too, but i might as well save the money for new rims that sits flush with the fender.. please post pics, i wanna see how they look. maybe ill get them and get the rims later. did you do the fronts too or just the rear?

nismonoob read the whole thread... he said the spacers came with the new studs. and most likely hes riding in stock wheels.

Yes the spacers are on stock wheels and they do come with longer studs. I figured I wouldn't be buying new rims anytime soon, so I had nothing to wait for...

The spacers are only on the rear. I'll try to post pics soon, but here's a site that has some before/after pics: http://home.insightbb.com/~davidwhon...cer/spacer.htm

Good to see the writeup help someone else out. Did you have to hammer back the rotor cover to get the studs in???

Got mine for $109 shipped from www.optauto.com. Pretty good deal considering theyre listed as $125 on H&R's web site.

Yeah the write up was a big help... And yea, about two hits with the hammer did the job.

Not that I know of....Anway, its just a tiny piece that really shouldnt affect anything. Without knocking it off, there's no way to fit the new studs in.
