Towing

anybody pull anything like a motorcycle with their Max, if so whats the most you can pull?

Yes... the owners manual says you can tow 1000 lbs. I just put on a hitch and got a trailer for mine and my boys dirt bike. I also have a tranny cooler. The trailer weighs about 500lbs and the bikes about 300. The car pull them very easily. I had to go pick my boys bike on Saturday and it was HOT!!!! Had the air on with the trailer with the bike and still managed to take this long haired dirt bag in his Pontiac firebird of some POS like that. I was slowly rolling past him as the light turned green and he punched it, so I laid into it and had a half a car on him till I backed off cause the lane was merging. I know he was saying WTF. I know it's OT but it supports the fact the Max is a versatile car..... a S.U.M. (Sport Utility Maxima)

are you saying that you raced a Firebird while towing a trailer w/2 bikes on it? haha gotta give you for way to represent our SUMs but dont believe that Firebird was racing...
