quicky coil question

I'm pretty sure my 2000 has a bad coil and I think it is in the rear since the fronts were replaced recently. I was just going to order one and try it down the line until my rough idle goes away. Do all 3 of the rear coils used the same part? Like I said, i'd like to just by one and try it on each plug until I narrow it down.

Also, the parts are referred to LH and RH. Which are the rear? RH?

And just in case I'm affected by the fuel cut off problem is there a way to check my ECM to determine what version I have? The guy I bought the car from said they did an ECU flash for the other coils and the MAF. I only assume it doesn't have a seperate piece that needs to be flashed just for the fuel cut off problem. Is there a proceedure I can do to find out what version the ECU is currently running at?
