Difference between 00-01 from 02-03 fogs

Both of my fogs are cracked i needed to replace them, i was just wondering what the difference was. they look a little bit different but what about fitment wise

I think 00-01 are a bit smaller too...could be wrong though

exactly what he said...the 5th gen fogs have plastic lenses, while the 5.5 gens have weak glass..and they mount to the bumper differently which makes it impossible to swap unless you fabricate your own mounting points...

5.5 fog lights have bigger chances craking.

man, i wish i had your english teacher jk!
yeah they have a bigger chance of cracking because they have glass lenses, and not just the flying projectiles on the road cracks them, the heat of the bulbs can do the same...

i might try putting in some 01 fogs,because im not foglight number 3 and i tired of them cracking

Wow I never knew this, what a stupid change on Nissan's part...I guess keeping the fogs safe is the only real plus to the 6th gen fog placement.
