Rain in the radio

I was driving down the road in the rain in my 2k2 SE the other day when my CD starting skipping. I thought maybe the CD was scratched, so I decided to take a look. But when I ejected it, it was wet. Lovely. Has anyone had any leaks in the front of their car? I would appreciate any experiences that might give me somewhere to start to look for the source.

Of course since then the CD player skips all the time...

The CD player isn't the radio. Stop, I know I'm a jacka$$. Just messing with you.

Have you had the windshield replaced lately? If so, I'd go back, have them fix the leak, then tell them to buy you a new CD Player!

There's obviously a leak somewhere.......

did you have the A/C on, and did you leave the cd in overnight, how long had you been driving etc.......................dollars to pay says it's condensation.........happens to me regularly. The cold air in the cabin hits the cd players internals which are obviously considerably warmer, and the moisture condenses on the cd...........wipe it off it'll work it did it to me two days ago.

That would be my first guess. I have the middle vents closed because they just blow on the screen in my car. Problem is, air still goes to those vents and I got some condensation on a really long drive.
