RPM jump at idle

During idle the RPM jumps slightly, more with A/C. Anyone know what it could be? MAF, plugs and coils are about 30K old...

Mine will do that on occasion (don't think its serious), don't really know what it is either other than just an engine fluxuation. Try this at idle: while your stopped take your steering wheel and turn it to the left or the right quickly. For some reason my needle will jump.

when my MAF blew...the rpm jumped around in idle and so did the exhaust note. When you drive the car, it jerks badly and won't go pass 2.5k rpm.

My needle jumped before I took it to get warranty maintainance done on my convertor. Nothing came up concerning it on the diagnostic, when they did it or when I did it.
