Rear Rotor Min Thickness (Odd Wear Issues)

Does anyone have the min thickness spec handy for the rear rotors? I'm guessing that I'm going to need to just replace them, but figured I'd check first. I've got really odd wear on the inward facing surface - concentric waves. It's making for a noisy ride, even before the brakes are applied. Fortunately, the calipers are not seized in any way - just checked both the sliders and pistons moments ago.

Okay, thanks. For the metrically challenged, that's 7.87mm.

Has anyone else experienced these odd wear patterns? Maybe I'm blind, but I can't figure out how to do a search on here!
