Possible to have killed MAF?

Today i get home and notice that i smell gas strong. I try and start the car to pull it into the garage, and it jsut starts and dies liek when u ahev no fuel pressure when ur about to run out of gas. so i pop the hoos and smell gas immediatly, i checked where i tapped the fuel line for my nitrous. thats fine. i lean on my stillin intake, and gas drips out. so i pulled it off and it has a good amount of noticable gas in it. Then i look and my fuel solenoid(NX) is smoking, so i immediatly rip the wire off. I think the soileniod went bad and was diverting all the fuel pressure into the intake. I am going to bypass the fuel tap tomorrow and get the soleniods tested. Anything i should do before i run it tomorrow after i ahev the line fixed? Besides obviously cleanign the intake off. Any wy i could ahve hurt my MAF?

You can hurt the MAF by looking at it wrong, so i would say you probably hurt it.
