Has anyone traded in their 4th gen Max for a Y2K or 01 Max?

Love my 99 SE-L, but at these deals, I'm very tempted to trade-up to a 5th Gen Max. Had a 2001 GXE as a Hertz rental once, was very impressive ride..
Anyone else find the trade to be worth it?
Thanks all in advance for the replies!

Dude, wait till late summer. The new Maxima and Altima will be out. Altima 240HP 3.5LV6 or 260HP Maxima. I would wait. Don't buy a 2K1 unless you want a good deal on it. If I were you, wait a couple months.

I traded my 99 Max with the 01 SE/AE, I'm happy with the decision I made the only regret I have is getting an AUTO rather than a 5spd. I lost out on the 99 they only gave me $17000.00. I would wait until August/September, maybe you'll get a good deal with finance & incentives. I hope that helped!

YES!!! if you wait until the new ALTIMA and MAXIMA are out, you have much better options..

#1. You can always get either the new altima or maxima
#2. If you want to save money, you will get a killer deal on the 2k1's...

I'd wait too, if you can.

For me, I really had no choice and I couldn't wait until the end of the year for the new one. My previous lease was up and I needed a car. Fortunately my current lease is only 3 years, so I'll be ready to upgrade after that
