If you have the money go with Place Racing.
Or you can see how yo_its_ok's intake system works and get that.
It sounds promising.
If you are low on cash.
Try the OSCAI. The cost is about 40 bucks. The instruction are in the how to do and such.

Shocks if you have the money get Koni's. If not toikios will do

yes, those will fit....Kev is running those with his coilovers. You will need to cut the stock strut housing and bolt the Konis at the bottom of the housing. Or, you can get Tokicos since they are a straight bolt-on.

How about springs?

Which springs do you guys recommend. I have a 2001 AE SE. I don't want the car to be lowered more then 1.5-2 inches and possibly keep the same ride feel as stock. I know of Eibachs, but someone mentioned Ground Control. Also, do I need to get the front and rear sway bars, or can I just get the rear one? Thanks!

I think the FAQ sticky thread has springs with drops listed. Ground controls will let you adjust height. As for sway bars, there is no front sway bar....only a rear sway bar and a front strut tower brace. You don't have to get the RSB of FSTB, but they also make a huge difference.

If you want a stock ride go with H&R springs. FSTB and RSB are only necessary if you want to increase handling performance. The RSB will make your ride a tad stiffer but in my opinion is well worth the trade off.

Re: How about springs?

Thanks for you advise guys! I did find what I wanted to know in the FAQ sticky, thanks UMD_MaxSE. I do want to enhance handling, so I will pick up the FSTB and RSB.
What is your take on intakes guys? Which one? I think I will go with the Cattman Y-Pipe... is this a good choice?

intakes? three main choices: Underhood type (Stillen Hi-flow, JWT pop), PRCAI, and OSCAI. Look at the stickies and use search to find details on these. They have been discussed to death . Y-pipe is separate from the intake.....that is an exhaust bolt on.

Re: Re: Re: How about springs?

if you are considering an intake and you are not in a hurry i would wait to get the Maxximum Tuning intake... it looks like the best one out of the bunch and it definatly sounds amazing... It will be available in 4 to 6 weeks... you should expect the same results as a PRCAI except that you wont have to cut a hole in the side of your car and you wont have to worry about water ingestion into you engine...

Re: Re: Re: How about springs?

Sorry, my bad... didn't make my question clear. That was actually 2 seperate questions.
Think I will wait for the Maxximum Tuning intake. Does anyone have information on this? Thanks.
For the Y-pipe, should I go with Stillen or Cattman?
