Bosch Platinu,4 vs NGK Platinum
Ok guys.. I have to apologize to all the org members that hate Bosch Platinum. My car is hitting 93k miles and decided to buy the NGK's for the 1st time since new. Let's say 63k miles. I have been using Bosch sine the car hit 30k. Now I reallize the stupid I was for doing that. The car feels with more power and it feels better in all aspects. No flamming please, so to all that wants to try the Bosch.. don't do it and stick with NGK.... my .02 and experience....

You wouldnt happen to have gone to the Orlando Speed World drag strip and tested your theory have you? I've always been curious about going back to NGK from the Plat 4's myself. I know people have stated to stick with NGK, but it would be nice if someone out there would conduct a test.

I plan on switching back w/in a year. I understand that would be a safer choice. I noticed a big, positive, difference in the gas milage when I installed the plat 4's, the old NGK plugs were for fine w/ no fouling. Only way to find out is to intall them, monitor the gas and track it to see a difference.

From what I was told by my instructor, who happens to work on NASCAR cars sometimes, Bosch Platinum 4 plugs aren't worth it since the spark is going to 4 tips instead of being focused on one, ex. NGK plugs, causing the vehicle to lose performance. So I guess if your interested in mileage, the the Bosch plugs would suffice, while performance should stick to one, and in reference to the Maxima and other import cars, he said NGK is highly recommended...not surprised there.
