This week my car was selected as cardomain's showoff of the week out of over 320,000 cars and i have been receiving sooo much hatred from a couple of members from the maxima.org community.
One of the members even had the nerve to call me a *****.... I dont even know him, never came into contact with him in my life but he can judge my character....

I hope the rest of the members of the maxima community can see the amount of hard work i have put into the car. As for the haters, i guess i should take it as flattery... Grown men taking time out of there days to put down my car.

Forget about them they just haters dude, cause they cant have as nice a maxs as yours, nice job with the car. I've seen it on cardomain before thought it was bad ***, anything new with it?

 

it is hard to find someone that would like/agree to what someone has done to their own car. personally, i could care less what someone else spent their money on. i may see it as a waste but that is my opinion. with that said, i personally have alot better things do than rag someone for putting their time/money into their car. however, if someone has an attitude that their car is somehow better than anothers (for the wrong reason/s) then i might take a minute out of my day to let them know what i think. oh IBTL.

 

The problem is they never said anything about the car, good or bad. They are making posts in my guestbook attacking my character. I have never met or came into contact with either of these gentlemen in my life yet they are able to judge my character... I thought we were all fellow maxima drivers here to help each other out

 

I'll give your credit for your hard work, and as a show-setup car, looks like you do what's needed for shows. Not my style personally, but then again, I'm not really into show, more into go.....

anyhow, props for your work and creativity....

 

I'm not sure what your intentions are in starting this thread, but I really think you'd be better served taking this to PMs and addressing the specific people whom you think have been attacking you, instead of publicly ranting about this which really serves no purpose.

I like it, I wouldn't do it to my car to "showy" for me but it looks nice. don't let people put you down, like you said they are people you have never met, don't let them get you down. 30,000 hits in 2months....with a car like that...yea I can see it, they are just hating....

Note: there are like 7 to 1 people who are giving you props on your car to people who hate it. ( ive gone through 3 pages) I wouldn't worry about it, you don't know them so if they are raggin on it don't let it get to yea

 

ur car is fine. Dont even worry. People will have opinions and opinions is something you can't take away from someone. I like your car as a show car, it has all the bells and whistles that a show car is suppose to have. I mean, if i put a regular 5th gen with a stillen aero lip at a show it will look clean but its not going to grab the attention like your car does.

Who cares what other people think, its your car. Not my style but I do like some things you've done with it. Do you have any idea how much those wheels you have weight? I like them but Im affraid they are extremely heavy.

 

Your max is a DREAM car bro. That thing is sick. Maybe one day my black 2000 max will look half as good as yours.
One of the coolest things that's happened to me since I've had my max is that I was at Fellini's Pizza on Peachtree and I came back to my car to leave, and there was a maxima.org card on my window. That's something that doesn't happen to people every day. Made me feel really proud to own a maxima.

don't sweat them, from what i read through threads they are very opinionated people. Also, you'll have haters everywhere you go... and dont let 2 people who bag you on your car let you down when you have had thousands of people give you props.
