synthetic Brushed Aluminum verus real aluminum dash kits

Does anyone know the pros and cons between the two dash kits? Does it really make that big of a difference in terms of the way they look?

Sure the fake ones look like $hit like the one I have. If I were to do it again I would have gotten the real kit. The real kits look 100 times better

Shogun, where did you get your aluminium dash kit? That's looks petty damn good. Is it real or sythetic? Is it taped over your original dash?

If both real and synthetic look like sh*t, than what are my options for an alumnium dash? Do they sell replacement dash kits?

I had sythetic "stick-ons" and removed it because it looks cheap (especially the center). Replaced the center air vent with the "TE" one and I painted the center console. All the side air vents door control panels still have the sythetics...they look pretty good for trims as an accent. I also had the molded kit but the finish on the edges were horrible...so...nah.
