Does anyone know what kind of steering fluid 5.5 gens use?
I was on this website thanks to ammi's car domain : http://www.motorvate.ca/mvp.php/702
so the steering fluid is just ATF?? If it is do we use dexcron 2 or 3? Im just a bit confused and I dont want to mess anything up? Anyone did this before?

i have used that method before. i just used mercon/dexron 3 atf the first time and mobil 1 atf since i had spare sitting around the second time. make sure the baster is thinner than the one pictured as we have a smaller collar on ours.
