Broken side skirt...help

Alright, last night I was parked on a curb outside my friends house and I noticed the sewer when I was there and I tried to remember it but I forgot and when I went to back out I was rolling over it fine and then my wheel slipped off of it and it hooked on rto my side skirt and popped it off and broke three brackets. Today I apoxied it and it held pretty tight to the side of the car, but it needs to get closer. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? Do i have to take off the whole side skirt? But I don't think that will work because then all of the brackets will break off. I need some advice I am going to my dads shop tomorrow to fix it. Thanks. Oh yea the side skirt isnt cracked at all the brackets on the inside just broke off(3 of them I think) and there is no noticeable straches on the side skirt, only underneath the car. I will try to get some pics tomorrow morning.
