What do you think about this for a 5 gen Maxima?

I really wanted a decent NAVI system and improved sound in my car. (i don't have BOSE)

This unit from Pioneer seems to be "perfect fit" for a 5th gen maxima. It should look really nice.

What do you think? Any other cheaper but still good alternatives? This can be purchased for ~$1200.

this one's proven to look excellent in the maxima....i think the pioneer will look just as good but i've heard pretty much nothing but good things about it as well...

Wow those two setups look awesome!

Now would those be compatible with the PAC(sp?) convertor so I would still have steering wheel controls?

yep...several people here on the .org have had that exact setup...it's the best IMO...

id take the kenwood. i love my pioneer head unit, but from what i understand, that particular one is a pita and the navi stinks.

Kenwood doesn't have navi and to add navi it is around$500-700 on ebay I think.
